It is communications focused, but ‘communications’ is such a wide field.

Blue Collar University is not a place – it’s a process.  The process causes the manager to communicate with his/her manager, peers, employees.  It is geared towards several key areas that cause the greatest growth in understanding in the quickest way with measurable results. Measurable results means that their manager can tell whether or not the new or newly supported manager is on-track in their business unit, can manage by fact and support them in their endeavors.
